【Application method】
1）Check the number on your ticket, upper right
If it matches with any of the numbers listed below, you can receive a gift.
2）If you are a winner, please click “Apply for a gift”
Fill the form and click “Send”, attaching a photo showing the ticket number.
* The image that can be attached must be in JPG format and below 5MB.
* Please use an e-mail address that can receive an e-mail from "s.tatsuno@karuizawa-kankokyokai.jp" If your smart phone is set to reject e-mails from a PC, we may not be able to contact you.
3）A coupon will be sent to the winners later
Next time when you come to Japan, please bring 1. Voucher, 2. Relevant ticket, 3. Passport (for ID).
4）The coupon will be exchanged for a voucher at the counter of Karuizawa Tourist Association
Last date for handing out the voucher is 31 March, 2019.
