Unagi restaurant run by an unagi wholesaler with over 90 years of history. The restaurant is committed to Japanese cuisine, recognised as an intangible cultural property. Japan’s traditional cooking skills such as “splitting the fresh eel, skewering, and charcoal grilling” are performed in front of the customer. Each eel is seared over blazing flames, achieving a crisp golden skin, tender and airy flesh, and melt-in-the-mouth natural oils that define its freshly prepared perfection.
