Wagyu shabu-shabu course and Wagyu sukiyaki course in which A5 grade Shinshu wagyu is used, consist of a starter, meat, vegetable, rice or noodle, and dessert. Okinawa’s Agu pork and lettuce shabu-shabu which is rich with collagen, is also recommendable. Wide selection of sake and shochu are offered. Last orders: 22:00 hours.
