A restaurant in Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, a popular tourist spot. Carefully selected ingredients of local brands are prepared to extract the best flavor and arranged artistically by a chef, an artisan of Japanese food. The restaurant offers a traditional set meal (consisting of a main dish, rice, small side dish, miso soup and a seasonal dish). In the evening, the restaurant can be used as a pub with an a la carte menu and a variety of Japanese sake available.
