在33,000平方米的範圍內，3,500顆的玫瑰，宿根草等競先開放

以湖泊為中心，由8個庭院構成的水邊度假村。約33,000平方米的花園裏盛開著約400種玫瑰和宿根草，可以欣賞到輕井澤的應季植物。也有可以購買雜貨和點心的直營店“瑪麗玫瑰”、餐廳、咖啡店、雜貨店。
